It’s sad at the fact that friendships aren’t always meant to last. How out of nowhere you could be so close to someone and then when you least expect it you guys are completely just flat out strangers. You guys don’t keep in touch like you used to, don’t chill like you used to, or even have those special greetings you give each other. Now they’re just someone you pass in the hallway and when you pass them up you probably look back wondering if they’ll look back also. But, sadly it rarely happens. You probably accepted the fact that you guys won’t be friends again or you hope that one day you guys will. Or maybe you’re thinking to yourself how did we stop being friends? Was it me? Was I the one to blame? Was it them? Was it something really stupid? Or did our friendship just fade away like that? I mean you may never know until you actually confront them, but maybe to you that might seem awkward in a way. It’s just sad, but friendships come and go and I’ve learned to accept that.
